How to answer.
Do
- Answer honestly. Describe the business as it actually runs today.
- Explain the why. AI doesn't have common sense. Whatever is not explained to it is not clear to it.
- Be specific. Vague answers give vague output. Name the real numbers, rules, and names.
Don't
- Don't write the desired version. If the process is messy, say it's messy.
- Don't skip the boring stuff. Mundane operational detail is more useful than a mission statement.
- Don't be vague. AI will misinterpret fuzzy answers every time.
AI asks questions.
At the very end, once every section is done, AI will review all your answers and ask follow up questions if anything is unclear or inconsistent.
Answer it, or dismiss it. A dismissal is remembered, so it won't be asked twice.
Take your time.
Some sections are short and some will take time. Prioritize quality of answers over speed of answering.
AI will use these answers to better assist your team and work in your business.
Each section saves on its own. Leave and come back to the form anytime.
